I book for 4 nights & due to uncomfortable / cleanless i modify it to one night only I already paid cash for 4 nights, after modify to one night only , i should receive refund of 3 nights, till no no action Pls support

Nothing was good whole hotel management was very very poor room carpet and broken furniture smelly rooms. for the shower is totally disaster, Not cold water always hot water it will burn your skin. not recommend anyone to Umrah this hotel. but the receptionist Ibrahim was a very good gentleman
